Around 4 hours altogether (including approach walk : 20 minutes there , 15 minutes back)
Individual equipment :
climbing harness , shock absorber ropes , helmet . Rucksacks to share
Closed sports shoes , drinking water , snack bars , sunblock. Picnic if departure is in the morning .
